Privacy Policy

Effective 23 October 2026

Boba Days is a single-player game published in Australia. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game.

Information stored on your device

Boba Days stores game progress, settings, earned currencies, purchased customisation state and processed purchase transaction identifiers in the app’s local storage. This information is used to save your progress, restore your game state and prevent an in-app purchase from being delivered more than once.

This local game data is not transmitted to the publisher by the current version of the game. It remains on your device unless it is included in a device backup managed by your operating-system provider.

In-app purchases

Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Boba Days receives product, transaction and purchase-status information needed to deliver the purchased in-game currency and prevent duplicate delivery. The publisher does not receive or store your payment-card details.

Apple handles purchase information under Apple’s own privacy policy and account terms.

Analytics, advertising and tracking

The current version of Boba Days does not include third-party advertising, cross-app tracking or third-party analytics SDKs. It does not request access to your contacts, precise location, camera, microphone or photo library.

If these practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before the relevant version is released.

Support communications

If you contact support by email, the publisher will receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message and any attachments. This information will be used to answer your request, investigate problems and maintain necessary support records. Do not send payment-card details or other sensitive information.

Children’s privacy

Boba Days does not knowingly collect personal information directly through the game. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through a support communication, they may contact the publisher to request its deletion.

Data retention and deletion

Local game data can be removed by deleting the app and its locally stored data from the device. Purchase records associated with an Apple Account are managed by Apple. Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to address the request, maintain records and meet legal obligations.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the game, its services or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
